The Laal — Real Estate Platform

A managed real estate platform for Bangladesh where buyers browse verified flats, houses and land, and owners hand over their property for vetting, marketing and sale. The public site is fully bilingual (Bangla and English) and runs on a custom Laravel back office.

What I built

• Property listings for flats, houses and land, with categories, land units, district filters, photo galleries and documents.
• "List with us" requests where owners submit a property with files, then follow its progress from their own account.
• Legal vetting workflow that tracks each property's document checks before it goes live.
• Lead CRM with activities, follow-up schedules and a calendar view for the sales team.
• Marketing campaigns with spend tracking and CSV reports.
• Agreements, sale closing and commission payments to keep the deal side of the business in one place.
• Blog with categories, comments and reviews, plus visitor analytics and a security audit log.

Technology

Laravel 13, PHP 8.3, MySQL, Bootstrap, Laravel Sanctum and a Bangla/English language switcher.
