A SaaS workspace that brings a team's customer conversations into one shared inbox. The product is in active development and its public landing page is live.
What I'm building
- One inbox for every channel: website live chat and email first, with WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram DM and SMS planned.
- Real-time updates so new messages appear for the whole team instantly.
- Email channel that reads mailboxes over IMAP.
- Team sign-up and workspace accounts, with privacy, terms and data-deletion pages ready for platform reviews.

Laravel 13, PHP 8.3, Laravel Reverb (WebSockets), Laravel Echo, Sanctum, Bootstrap and Vite.
