IconAirbnb — Serviced Apartment Booking Platform

A direct-booking platform for professionally managed serviced apartments across Bangladesh, with a full operations back office behind it for bookings, payments, housekeeping and guest support.

What I built

• Property search by location, dates and guests, with categories, destinations, amenities and filters, in English and Bangla.
• Booking flow from checkout to confirmation, with cancellations, promo codes and an availability calendar with blocked dates.
• Payments with payment intents, transactions, webhooks, invoices and a refund history.
• Operations tools: housekeeping tasks, maintenance tickets, guest service requests and expenses with approval.
• Corporate accounts and long stays, plus a sales-lead pipeline for business clients.
• Guest accounts with Google and Facebook login, wishlists, reviews and notification preferences.
• Roles, permission overrides and an access audit log for the staff panel.
